Delete Your Account

You can delete your Fillin account (the Fillin app on Google Play and app.fillin.co.in, by Fillin Services) at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

1. Delete your account in the app

Open the Fillin app and log in.
Go to Profile.
Under Account Settings, tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are logged out.

2. Ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app, email admin@fillin.co.in with the subject "Delete my Fillin account" and the phone number you registered with. We will confirm it is your account and delete it within 30 days.

3. Before you delete

Upcoming bookings must be completed or cancelled first.
Service professionals must finish, or have reassigned, any jobs assigned to them.
Any wallet balance or referral credit is lost and cannot be refunded.
Deletion cannot be undone. You can sign up again later with the same phone number as a new account.

4. What we delete

Your name, email address and phone number
Your saved addresses and location
Your profile photo
Your referral code, notifications and device notification token
For service professionals: ID details (Aadhaar and PAN numbers) and address

5. What we keep, and why

Records of past bookings and payments (service, date, amount and payment reference) are kept without your name or contact details, because we are required to keep them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. They are kept only as long as the law requires. Ratings you gave stay on the service, without your name.
